Oil Tube

Oil tube is a pipeline that transports crude oil and natural gas from petroleum reservoir to surface after drilling process. Oil pipe can bear the pressure produced by exploitation process. Its outer diameter is generally between 60.3 mm and 114.3 mm. Our products in this category have passed the API SPEC 5CT certification of the American petroleum Institute. These oil pipelines are made of grade J55, K55, N80, L80 or P110 steel. The oil tubes produced by our company include external upset tubing (EU), non upset tubing (NU) and integral joint tubing.

1. Oil tubes are used for extracting oil and gas. After the well is cemented, oil pipe is put into the casing pipe in order to extract the oil and gas onto ground.
2. When the pressure down the hole is not enough, one can inject water through oil pipeline.
3. During the thermal recovery of thickened oil, insulated oil tube is used to transport vapor into the well.
4. In order to improve the output of the well, we need to put acidified and fractured media or condensate into the petroleum reservoir through oil pipes.

Maintenance works of oil tubes include checking if the Cathodic protection levels is within the proper range, surveillance on construction, erosion or leaks and running cleaning pigs when there is any corrosive carried inside the oil pipeline.

We accept 30%T/T advance payment or letter of credit. Our oil tubes are packed in containers and transported by sea.
