Tubing Products

Tubing product is mainly used in petroleum industry. It is an oil pipe inserted into the casing pipe to reach the oil layer. The oil tube transfers the underground petroleum to the ground with the help of an oil pumping unit. These pipes are made of grade L80, N80, C90, T95, P110, J55 and K55 steels. As a specialized manufacturer, we are capable of offering the tubing products with diameters between 48.26mm and 114.3 mm and thickness between 3.18mm and 16mm. These oil tubes can match with casing steel pipes of varied specifications. With sulphur content and phosphorus content of less than 0.045%, the oil pipes can effectively prevent the cracking caused by the hydrogen sulfide substances in steel materials. Our tubing products are manufactured in strict accordance with API5CT specification.

Screw threads of all types of tubing products, including new, used, or repaired ones, should be effectively protected. These oil tubes should be placed on a bracket, or on the surface of wooden or metal sheets without any sand material or other dirt. Any dirt on the screw threads should be cleaned timely.
